STEP 01 | Drawing Confirmation and Engineering Assessment
We receive 2D/3D drawings from customers (supporting DWG, DXF, STEP, STP, and IGES formats), conduct processing feasibility analysis, tolerance assessment, and process planning, and confirm processing methods and delivery dates.

STEP 02|Fixture Design and Programming
Special fixtures are designed to address the shape characteristics of die-cast parts, ensuring stable positioning of the parts during machining. Engineers also write CNC machining programs and set the optimal cutting parameters.

STEP 03|Trial Production and First Article Confirmation
After conducting the first trial production, measuring key dimensions and tolerances, and confirming that the processing results meet the drawing requirements, the formal mass production process can begin.

STEP 04 | Mass Production
Mass production is carried out according to the confirmed machining process and parameters, and dimensional stability is continuously monitored during the process to ensure the consistency of each product.

STEP 05 | Quality Inspection
We use coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), image measuring instruments, and various precision measuring tools to conduct full-size or sampling inspections and issue quality reports.

STEP 06 | Post-processing and Shipping
We will arrange post-processing services as needed (see Featured Services for details), and after completion, we will package and protect the parts and ship them to ensure safe delivery.
