Production Process Introduction

Jeou Her Dar offers a complete and efficient one-stop production process, from front-end R&D design and drawing analysis, mold development and manufacturing, to precision die casting mass production of zinc and aluminum alloys, combined with diverse post-processing and rigorous quality inspection, and finally assembly, packaging and shipping. Through close coordination and quality control at each stage, every product is ensured to achieve high precision and stable quality, meeting diverse customer needs.

Mold  Design → Mold making → Trial molding → Confirmation → Mass production.

Die Casting  Raw materials → Melting → Injection → Cooling → Molding → Removal → Burrs → Stamping → Inspection.

Processing  Planar alignment → CNC machining → Various machining processes → Machining inspection.

Grinding  Swiss-imported fully automated robotic arms for precision grinding, manual grinding, or vibratory grinding.

Plating  Finished product inspection → Hanging → Cold removal → Ultrasonic cleaning → Water washing → Copper plating → Water washing → Bright copper plating → Water washing → Nickel plating → Water washing →

Plating in various colors (chemical nickel, black tin nickel, salded nickel, salded chromium, chromium, nickel, gold, bronze, antique bronze, red copper, etc.) → washing → drying → spray painting → drying → inspection and packaging.

Baking Paint  Degreasing and cleaning → Ultrasonic cleaning → Water washing → Pickling → Water washing → Drying → Spray painting → Drying → Inspection and packaging.

Assembly  Assembly of semi-finished components.

Test  First article inspection → Patrol inspection → Dimensional measurement → Appearance inspection → Functional inspection → Full inspection/sampling inspection → Quality confirmation → Inspection report → Acceptance judgment.

Assembly  Parts preparation → Semi-finished product assembly → Functional testing → Assembly confirmation.

Package  Full visual inspection → Cleaning and dust removal → Protective packaging → Label affixing → Shipping packaging.

Warehousing  Finished goods receipt → Inventory management → Shipment management.
